Photographs from the Albums |
Contained herein
are photographs I have taken from 1961 through the present presented as galleries.
Also there are photos from my family albums shot by family members. One gallery contains
art photos taken by my father Milton W. Molitor and one gallery dedicated to my mother
Louise Molitor. The photos with a dark frame are from 35mm slides scans . The cameras used were Miranda F and Minolta XD11 (image ratio 1:0.68) using a variety of lenses and Kodak Kodachrome film. The black and white photos from the sixties where taken with my father's Kodak Medalist (1:0.6923). Since 2004 I have been using an Olympus E-300 digital SLR camera. These images are frameless and in a ratio of 1:.075. I bought this camera because there was a lens adapter available that allowed the use of my Minolta MD Rokkor-X lenses. After ten years of using the digital camera I am going back to using the XD11 with Fujifilm Velvia 100 slide film. The reason for the change is that in my opinion the digital images lack color depth. 13" x 19" prints are available in either gloss photo prints or on matte archival paper using the giclee printing process with UV stable inks for a price of $200.00 each. The enlarged images seen here are low resolution 6" x 8" at 96 dpi. |
